Buy Here Pay Here Program Disclosure

1. Alternative Financing Disclosure
   Kane’s Auto Sales offers multiple financing options through third-party lenders. Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) financing is offered only when third-party financing is unavailable, not approved, or would result in less favorable terms. Participation is voluntary and considered a last-resort option.
2. Program Eligibility
   A minimum 30% down payment is required. The vehicle must be 10 model years or newer with no more than 120,000 miles at the time of sale. Buyer must reside within 50 miles. Approval is subject to verification and management approval.
3. Down Payment & Funds
   Down payment may be paid in cash, certified funds, debit card, or approved electronic payment. Cash must be paid in person and documented. Down payment is non-refundable once the vehicle leaves the dealership.
4. Buyer Verification
   Buyer must provide valid identification, proof of income, proof of residence, and working contact information. False or misleading information may result in default and repossession.
5. Vehicle Condition
   Vehicle is sold AS-IS except for the limited dealer guarantee or applicable service contract. No verbal warranties apply. Buyer is responsible for routine maintenance.
6. Limited Dealer Guarantee
   Kane’s Auto Sales provides a 30-day or 1,000-mile limited guarantee with a 50/50 cost share on covered major mechanical repairs. All covered repairs must be performed at Kane’s Auto Sales service station.
7. Third-Party Service Contract
   A third-party service contract is generally required for BHPH participation. Coverage is governed solely by the provider. Approved warranty waivers apply only to the specific transaction.
8. Payment Terms & Schedule
   Payments are due weekly. If Buyer is paid bi-weekly, payments may be scheduled bi-weekly at dealer discretion. Payment schedule is set at sale and documented in the Retail Installment Contract.
9. Insurance
   Buyer must maintain full coverage insurance listing Kane’s Auto Sales as loss payee. Any lapse in coverage constitutes default.
10. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
    Vehicle must remain within 50 miles unless approved. No resale, transfer, or commercial use is allowed.
11. GPS / Asset Protection
    Buyer consents to GPS tracking and/or starter interrupt devices if equipped. Tampering with these devices constitutes default.
12. Default & Repossession
    Dealer may repossess the vehicle upon default as permitted by New Hampshire law. Buyer is responsible for recovery costs.
13. Fees & Registration
    Buyer is responsible for sales tax, title, registration, and inspection fees unless otherwise stated.
14. Early Payoff
    Buyer may pay off the balance early without penalty unless otherwise disclosed. Payoff amount includes accrued interest.
15. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by New Hampshire law. This document and related contracts constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
